Move-In & Move-Out Information
The assemble and disassembling of booths will only be permitted during the allocated move-in/move-out times.
Move-In
- Move-In is from 1:00 pm -7:00 pm
- Once you have arrived to the loading docks, dollies will be provided to help shuttle your items to your booth.
- Exhibitors are responsible for the moving of exhibit materials to their booth location.
- CWS check-In will be at the entrance of the ball room. You may pick up your exhibitor badges at this time, or they will be in your booth upon your arrival on the Show-Day (have company ID to enter the show floor Saturday morning before 10:30 am if you have no badges).
- Exhibitors are not permitted to begin their set-up until all goods have been removed from the vehicle and the vehicle is removed from the loading dock area.
Saturday Move-In
- The building opens at 8:00 am.
- Move-in is from 8:00 am -10:00 am.
- There is no access to the loading dock area. Items can ONLY be carried in by hand.
Move-Out
Not to worry, BEFORE move-out CWS will have already come by and talked with you about the entire move-out process
- Move-Out is Sunday from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
- From 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm, only small vehicles are permitted in the loading docks.
- Exhibitors are not permitted to begin dismantling their booths until 4:00 pm.
- A dolly will be provided (first-come/first-serve basis) once all contents of your booth have been dismantled and are ready to go.
- Loaded dollies are permitted to move into the loading docks for loading into your vehicles.
- Please be in cell phone contact with your pick-up vehicle so they’re ready upon your arrival at the loading dock.
- If you need to go and retrieve your car at this time (after checking in with the loading dock manager) that is no trouble at all, simply have a person stay with your items to ensure their security.
- Dollies will not be permitted in regular guest elevators.
- You are of course more than welcome to hand-carry all your items out, without using the loading dock if you prefer.

- Unattended vehicles in the loading docks will be subject to towing at owner’s expense.
