Yes, parking is free!
Badges are at the Move-In Check-In desk at the entrance of the Ballroom.
If you do not pick them up during Move-In, badges will be at your booth on the Show-Day morning. Company ID will be required at the entrance. If a person does not have ID, an individual with ID will have to bring them a badge.
Move-In Check will be set up at the Ballroom to give you assistance. All booth will also have identification, as well CWS runners will be at hand to give aid.
Yes, your Exhibitor Badges allow you to come and go as you please.
Yes, concession is open the entire length of the show. There is also other café/restaurants on site.
